Register as a free zone enterprise
In order to begin the registration process the necessary application forms provided by LFZ and NEPZA will have to be duly filled out.
Submit your application and documentation
The following documents will have to be submitted along with your application forms
- 2.1. Business Plan
- 2.2. Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- 2.3. Board Resolution of the Company authorizing the investment and nominating the directors
- 2.4. 2 passport photographs of each of the directors
Application appraisal and screening
Once all your documents have been submitted the LFZ and NEPZA representatives will go over the finer details of your application. Next, a screening meeting will be arranged where NEPZA will meet the applicant and review the business plan.
Completion of Registration
This process is completed within 2 weeks, begining from date the documents are received in Abuja. Upon approval by NEPZA HQ, the new company’s operating license will be issued.

- 2.4. Introduction letter from a registered Lagos Free Zone enterprise
Completion of Registration
Once the documents are found satisfactory by the screening committee at LFZ, a service permit will be issued to the company.
