At Lagos Free Zone, we are committed to creating a conducive and progressive business environment. With this goal in mind, we have built a set of rules and regulations that apply to all stakeholders and enterprises.

The NEPZA Act 1992
An act establishing the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, a regulatory body with supervisory functions over Free Zones and setting out the regime and incentives applicable to entities operating within a Free Zone.
Investment Guidelines 2004
Issued by the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority, this guideline is in pursuant to section 10 (4) of the NEPZA Act, for the purpose of prescribing the regulations that govern Free Zones and gives operational guidance to entities within a Free Zone.
LFZ Regulations
A regulation specific to the Lagos Free Zone that sets out the regulatory and supervisory requirements necessary to promote an efficient operation and to facilitate the attainment of goals for which the Zone was established.
LFZ DGP
A development guide plan issued and updated regularly by Lagos Free Zone Company to enterprises developing facilities within the Zone that sets out the approved specification for facilities and gives a better understanding of the layout for the Zone.
